In his first press conference in three years, Dr Manmohan Singh has announced his retirement saying he would hand over the baton after the Lok Sabha polls, and that he hoped it would be to a UPA-selected Prime Minister. We ask tonight, was this a missed opportunity for the Prime Minister to robustly address questions on corruption, particularly on corruption allegations on his own office?
