Artist Turns Ordinary Scenes Into Extraordinary Ones With Paper Cutouts

Rich McCor's paper art is a huge hit with his followers.

New Delhi: Imagine Michelangelo's David... wearing black shorts. Or the Louvre museum in France... invaded by a UFO. Or even the Colosseum in Rome... attacked by a giant octopus. With his fabulous paper cutouts, that's exactly what London-based paper artist and photographer Rich McCor does - he takes regular landscapes and landmarks and transforms them. From everyday objects to historical landmarks, he has a knack for spotting the ordinary and making it extraordinary with his paper art.

With over 2.5 lakh followers on Instagram, it's clear that Mr McCor's art is a huge hit. "You're so good," writes one of his followers on a photograph. Another comments, "Such detailed and intricate cutouts...... how can I not loveeeeee it?"
