New Delhi: Addressing a gathering at an event - Loktantra Prahari Abhinandan - organised on the occasion 113th birth anniversary of socialist leader Jayaprakash Narayan at Vigyan Bhavan in Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "JP Movement, Navnirman Movement, Emergency...they gave birth to a new kind of politics in the nation".
