Coimbatore:
Two persons were killed and another injured when a woman lost control of her car and ran over them, police said on Friday.
The 24-year old injured woman, admitted to a private hospital in Coimbatore last night, has gone missing and a search was on to trace her, they said.
The woman was proceeding to Singanallu from Ondipudur when the mishap occurred.
Police said the car first hit a cyclist and then two pedestrians. While the cyclist and one of the pedestrian died after being admitted to the Government hospital, the other pedestrian is undergoing treatment at the hospital.
They said the woman's house was found locked.
