After Google-Chinarow over hacking hit headlines, thousands of Hong Ke or red visitors - as they are known in China - are in the spotlight.
Experts say many are motivated by patriotism, although it's difficult to establish their relationship with the Chinese government.
The Honker Union, China's most famous group of red visitors was involved in cyber-warfare with US hackers.
The group has, however, denied involvement in the Google attack.
