As the war between Israel and Hamas continued to rage, Hamas-run health ministry said that more than 30 people were killed in an Israeli attack on a camp in central Gaza late Saturday. 

"More than 30 martyrs arrived at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir Al-Balah in the massacre committed by the occupation in Al-Maghazi camp in the central Gaza Strip," the news agency AFP quoted health ministry spokesperson Ashraf Al-Qudra as saying.

Israel has vowed to "crush" Hamas for its October 7 attack on communities and military outposts near the Gaza border, which it says killed more than 1,400 people. 

More than 240 Israeli and foreign hostages were also abducted during the cross-border surprise attack.

In Gaza, over 9,400 people, mostly women and children, have been reportedly killed in Israeli strikes.

Hamas Says 'Intense' Israeli Bombing Around Gaza Hospitals
Gaza's Hamas government said the Israeli army carried out "intense bombings" on Sunday evening around several hospitals in the north of the Gaza Strip, shortly after telecommunications were cut. "For more than an hour, intense bombings have been taking place around hospitals," said Salama Marouf, the head of the Hamas government's media office. The vicinity of the Palestinian territory's largest hospital, Al-Shifa, saw particularly heavy strikes, according to Marouf. The bombing came after the Israeli military once again accused Hamas of using hospitals in their military campaign against Israel.

Lebanon Says Israeli Strike Kills Journalist's 4 Relatives: News Agency AFP
Four relatives of a journalist were killed on Sunday in an Israeli strike in southern Lebanon, the official Lebanese agency NNA said, adding that the journalist was also wounded.

The agency said the four victims are the sister of radio correspondent Samir Ayoub and her three grandchildren. They were following the journalist's car in their own vehicle when they were killed.

Over 300 Americans, US Residents Evacuated From Gaza: White House
Over 300 Americans, US residents and their families have been evacuated from Gaza, the White House said on Sunday.

"Over the last several days, through pretty intensive negotiations with all sides relevant to this conflict, we have been able to get out more than 300 Americans, lawful permanent residents and their family members," White House deputy national security advisor Jonathan Finer told CBS News.

He said Washington believes there are still "a number" of Americans remaining in the beseiged Palestinian territory.

4 Injured After Israel Strike Lebanon Ambulances: Report
Four rescue workers were injured Sunday in an Israeli bombing in southern Lebanon that hit two ambulances, according to the association that owned the vehicles and state media, says news agency AFP.

The border area between the two countries has been host to multiple exchanges of fire, in particular between Iran-backed group Hezbollah and Israel, since the start of the Israel-Hamas war triggered by the Palestinian group's October 7 attacks.

Lebanon's National News Agency said the latest Israeli strike targeted two ambulances belonging to the Risala Scout association, which operates rescue teams and is affiliated with the Shiite Amal movement, a Hezbollah ally.

Qatar Says Gaza Hostage Releases Need "Period Of Calm": News Agency Reuters
Qatar's foreign ministry said on Sunday that without a "period of calm" in Gaza its mediators would not be able to secure the release of Israeli hostages held there.

"Any hostage release has to be linked to a period of calm that allows for the hostage release to work, which is something we have not seen for a while," Majed Al Ansari, Qatar's foreign ministry spokesperson told reporters.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Friday rejected U.S. calls for a temporary stop to Israel's offensive against Hamas to facilitate work to free more than 240 hostages seized by the Palestinian Islamist group.

Israel would not pause its attacks unless the hostages held by the militants are freed first, Netanyahu said.

Evacuations Of Gazans Through Rafah Suspended Since Yesterday: Report
Evacuations of injured Gazans and foreign passport holders through the Rafah crossing to Egypt have been suspended since Saturday, two Egyptian security sources and a medical source told Reuters.

One of the security sources and the medical source said the evacuations were suspended after an Israeli strike on Friday on an ambulance in Gaza being used to transport injured people.

The Rafah crossing to Egypt's Sinai peninsula is the only exit point from Gaza not controlled by Israel. Aid trucks were still able to travel into the territory, two of the sources said. Read more.

3 Palestinians Killed In West Bank By Israeli Forces: Health Ministry
Three Palestinians were killed Sunday by Israeli forces in the West Bank, the Palestinian health ministry said, as violence flares in the occupied territory since the start of the Israel-Hamas war.

Two men, aged 22 and 20, were killed "in an attack by Israeli occupation forces on Abu Dis", a suburb of annexed east Jerusalem separated by the Israeli wall encircling the West Bank, the Ramallah-based ministry said.

One of the two was fatally hit by a "bullet in chest" and "six others were wounded, three seriously", according to a statement. Read more.
