Madhav identifies three broad goals: expanding the BJP's political footprint, widening its political outreach, and further expanding its ideological footprint. He argues that the BJP's cultural-nationalist approach has become the mainstream ideological force in Indian politics.
Madhav also says the BJP is currently in power in 22 states and aims to expand its presence to the remaining states in the coming years.
"We aim to capture those 8 states also," he says, outlining the BJP's expansion ambitions.
