No Chance That This Monsoon Would Be Deficient: IMD
DS Pai, director for long range forecast at India Meteorological Department (IMD), tells NDTV that there is zero probability of a deficient monsoon this year. He also says that monsoon is on its way and should reach Kerala in the next 4-5 days.
