Venugopal Dhoot controlled domestic mobile service provider Datacom which recently won a pan India license may get the world's second richest man Carlos Slim's telecom's company America Movil for a strategic stake purchase. Sources close to the development said that if talks between America Movil, part of a business conglomerate led by Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim and Datacom succeed then this will be Slim's first investment in India.
