Congress Seeks Explanations After More Than 40 MPs Skip INDIA Bloc Protest
Congress sources say more than 40 of the party’s 140 MPs from the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha did not participate in the INDIA bloc protest. Explanations have been sought from the absent MPs. According to top sources, Rahul Gandhi asked Congress general secretary K.C. Venugopal to submit a report on their absence, following which the party sought explanations.
