A Pakistani prisoner who was attacked in a jail in Jammu early this morning has been put on ventilator, according to the latest medical bulletin. Sanaullah Ranjay is admitted in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital in Chandigarh where he was airlifted to earlier on Friday.

A Pakistani prisoner who was attacked in a jail in Jammu early this morning "is stable and under medical watch," India's Ministry of External Affairs said this evening. He was airlifted to Chandigarh earlier today.
