Union Minister Jairam Ramesh today taunted Narendra Modi over his recent controversial remark on toilets, saying that the Congress-led government had initiated programme of building lakhs of toilets "when some leaders had not attained enlightenment."

53,000 sacks of wheat are lying at a railway godown in Jaipur. Wheat that was purchased from Punjab is dumped there because of lack of storage space. Officials at the godown say, the wheat - 26 lakh kilos has now started emanating a bad smell and they have received complaints about the same from people in the vicinity too.
