A sessions court here Wednesday rejected the bail pleas of three owners of '1 Above' pub and a co-owner of the adjacent 'Mojo's Bistro' in the Kamala Mills fire case, but granted bail to two employees.

The Supreme Court today allowed a co-owner of Mumbai's Kamala Mills to withdraw his petition challenging his arrest in the case related to the fire tragedy in the building complex that had claimed 14 lives last December.

A court in Mumbai on Wednesday remanded in judicial custody till January 31 four owners of the two pubs located on the Kamala Mills compound here where 14 people died in a fire last December.

The three pub owners of '1 Above', who wanted in connection with the December 29 Kamala Mills fire that claimed 14 lives, were arrested today.
