Guntur:
Veteran surgeon and former MLA Dr K Sada Siva Rao passed away here due to old age, sources said.
Rao (90) had been elected to the Legislative Assembly from Peda Kurepadu constituency on TDP ticket in 1985.
However, although Rao earned lots of fame as a surgeon, his political career did not go as well.
Congress MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao, former MP Dr Y Shivaji and film censor board Member P V Ramesh today paid their tributes to Rao, who is survived by two sons and three daughters.
