A video from flood-hit Chennai of a man helping his wife will make you smile. In the 14-second-clip, the man is seen deftly using a stool and a chair so she can avoid the flood water.
Every step the woman takes is either on the stool or the chair, and her husband appears to be more than willing to oblige as he wades in the water. The routine goes on till the wife is on the other side of the road.
Over 100 people have died and four lakh have been dislocated in heavy rain in Tamil Nadu earlier this month.
