The BAFTA Film Awards 2023 took place on Sunday night at London's Royal Festival Hall and all eyes were on the British royal family, who traditionally attend the celebrity event. So when Princess Of Wales Kate Middleton arrived on the red carpet, it was one to remember. In attendance with her husband Prince William, the Prince Of Wales, the couple chose co-ordinatinng shades of black and white for the event. While William wore a black tuxedo with a white shirt and black bowtie, all eyes were on Kate for more reason than one.

The Princess picked longtime favourite British designer Alexander McQueen for her ensemble for the night. Her pristine white gown featured a single shoulder with a bow at the nape leading to a cape sleeve. With a banded waist and tight pleats leading to gorgeous flow, it made the shade look practically angelic. Kate completed the outfit with high black gloves and a clutch in her hand. Her Zara gold floral earrings matched the tones of her bag and added a metallic glint to her muted look and subtle beauty choices for the night.
But it wasn't the first time we had seen the very same dress. In 2019 for the BAFTA Film Awards, Kate wore this very same Alexander McQueen for the first time. Then, it featured a frothy floral shoulder detail which has since between repurposed into a more contemporary cape sleeve. Kate's first outing in the white gown saw her wear it with a white clutch, pearl tear drop earrings and an updo hairstyle.
