Freaky Friday is here again

6 Superstitions From Around The World On Friday The 13th
There are many superstitions followed around the world, including bad luck with black cats

Did a chill just run down your spine? It could be the air-conditioning or the arrival of the ominous date of Friday the 13th. To many, it's just another day that happens to fall on the 13th of the month. To superstitious others, it's an unlucky day that only brings misfortune.

The origin of Friday the 13th isn't clearly known. Some believe it dates back to the Last Supper which had 13 guests and ended with Jesus being betrayed. Numerologists think of 12 as being the complete number (due to many signs like 12 months in a year, 12 zodiac signs, 12 Gods of Olympus etc.) which makes 13 an incomplete number. Through the ages, many tragic events have taken place on Friday the 13th like a horrifying Bangladesh cyclone in November 1970 or Tupac Shakur's murder in September 1996.
