World Champion Viswanathan Anand is being felicitated in Chennai today

Viswanathan Anand expected to hold press conference in Chennai tomorrow.

"I am feeling so happy. It was a tense match and Anand played the tie break really well. We are looking forward to meeting our son Akil," said his wife Aruna.

The whole country had been waiting for Anand's arrival ever since he beat Boris Gelfand of Israel in a rapid chess tie-breaker on Wednesday to clinch his fourth world title in a row.

Anand received a special reception at the Chennai airport as a huge crowd, among them many school children wearing Vishy masks, welcomed the Indian Grandmaster.

Viswanathan Anand on Saturday finally returned to India from Moscow where he won his fifth World Chess title on Wednesday.
