See Pranab Mukherjee's letter of resignation as head of Indian Statistical Institute

New Delhi: Pranab Mukherjee's nomination for President was accepted today as Team Sangma's claim that Mr Mukherjee held an office of profit was rejected. However, the BJP charged that a letter showing Mr Mukherjee had resigned head of the Indian Statistical Institute had a forged signature.  Mr Mukherjee's campaign officials said the former Finance Minister had signed his full name for the nominations and shorter version for the resignation.
