Satyam board to meet today, announce of new CEO, CFO likely

Hyderabad: The six-member board of Satyam will meet on Tuesday to pick a new chief executive officer and finalise funding arrangements to ensure the fraud-hit company's smooth operations in the next two months.

Also, the bail applications of Ramalinga Raju, V Srinivas and the two auditors of Pricewaterhouse Coopers will come up for hearing in a Hyderabad court on Tuesday.

The four will not be present in court and bail will only be after 11 am.
