Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday met the newly appointed office-bearers of the BJP's national executive. Following the gathering, PM Modi said such meetings are "all about new ideas and perspectives aimed at strengthening the party".
"Organisational meetings are all about new ideas and perspectives aimed at strengthening the Party and deepening connect with the people. Great interaction with fellow Party colleagues and the new organisational team," PM Modi said in an X post.

This was the first time that the new team under BJP president Nitin Nabin had a meeting with the party chief and PM Modi after their appointment on August 17.
BJP vice-presidents Ram Madhav and former Rajasthan chief minister Vasundhra Raje, general secretaries Smriti Irani, a former Union minister, former Tripura chief minister Biplab Deb, general secretary (organisation) B L Santhosh and treasurer and Union minister Piyush Goyal were among the attendees of the meeting.
Some office-bearers of the outgoing national executive also attended the meeting, according to a report by news agency PTI.
Earlier today, the BJP announced a one-month-long nationwide campaign called 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' to mark the completion of 25 years of PM Modi in public office as head of a government.
"Every year, BJP organises 'Seva Pakhwada' in the country on the prime minister's birthday. This year, 7 October marks 25 years since Narendra Modi took oath as the Chief Minister of Gujarat. BJP has decided to launch a one-month-long 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan'," said BJP National General Secretary Vinod Tawde.
