New Delhi: The Budget session of Parliament, that began on February 23, will discuss issues related to Jawaharlal Nehru University or JNU controversy, Jat reservation protests in Haryana, suicide of Dalit scholar Rohith Vemula in Hyderabad and Pathankot terror attack on priority. The Goods and  Services Tax or GST Bill which is crucial to the government's reforms plans will also be discussed.
