Documents accessed by NDTV establish that in the days before IAS officer Durga Shakti Nagpal was removed as Additional Sub Magistrate of Gautam Buddh Nagar, she had sought the imprisonment of Omendra Khari, a close aide of Samajwadi Party leader Narendra Bhati, on charges of cheating.
