The Rajya Sabha will discuss the Goods and Services Tax (GST) today. The government has circulated copies of the draft Constitution Amendment Bill GST among lawmakers. The main opposition party, Congress, yesterday got into a huddle to chalk out the party's strategy ahead of its consideration and passage in the Rajya Sabha.
