Midnapore train mishap: List of bodies identified

New Delhi: Seventy-one passengers were killed and 150 injured when 13 coaches of a Mumbai-bound express train derailed in West Midnapore district early on Friday. Five of these coaches were also hit by a speeding goods train.

Out of total death toll of 71, the following 4 passengers have been identified so far:

Sukhdev Sardar, M-21, (Medinipur State General Hospital)

Poonam Gupta, (Kharagpur Hospital)

Apurba Sarkar, (Medinipur State General Hospital)

Gautam Gayen, (Medinipur State General Hospital)
