Finance Minister Chidambaram on Delhi incidents: Highlights

New Delhi: Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram addressed media about Delhi incidents. Here are highlights of what he said:

• Cabinet has approved a commission of inquiry on the Delhi gang-rape incident. MS Justice Usha Mehra will head this commission.
• There is already a committee comprising of Justice Verma, Leela Seth and Gopal Subramaniam.
