High antibodies in patients with hypothyoidism denote autoimmune process and cause of thyroid disease. High levels also mean that one will need treatment for a long time. Few observational studies have shown that high anti-TPO levels during first trimester are a risk for pregnancy fetal outcome. But this does not mean that every woman with high antibodies will have complications in their offspring. Increasing dose of Thyronorm in your case is a good decision. Please note there is no specific treatment to decrease the antibody levels.
