HLA-B-27 (human leukocyte antigen) is a test and not the name of any disease. This test can be positive in many disorders such as ankylosing spondylitis, Reiters disease, juvenile chronic polyarthritis, post-infective arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome, acute anterior uveitis and even 5% of normal people.
