Speech symptoms in adults with no significant previous history of the same in childhood, are usually initial symptoms of any neurogenic condition. I strongly recommend that you should consult a neurophysician as soon as possible and if their findings are not significant then you should consult a speech therapist to check out if it is an isolated speech problem.
