What is Risofos used for?

I have been prescribed Risofos. But I am unable to get any information about it on the Internet. Please help.

Risofos is the brand name of a drug called risedronate. It is used for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis in women. It is not to be given to males. Please get your prescription reviewed by a competent doctor.
