I had large spaces between my upper teeth. I went in for aesthetic dentistry and the spaces between the teeth were filled. But as a result my teeth look big. So what are all the remedies you suggest so that my teeth look small and good?

It seems that you have become the victim of a fake publicity stunt. In dentistry, as of today, there is no separate specialist who can be called as aesthetic dentistry specialist. As far as you problem of big sized teeth are concerned, they can be treated well by reducing the spaces orthodontically. The orthodontic treatment involves time and specialisation, for tooth movement. Please go to a qualified orthodontist for the same.
