Shanaya Kapoor is just a few blocks away from the film industry and the latest Instagram post works as proof. Her glamorous social media is not a secret anymore. The aspiring actress on Saturday uploaded a set of snaps that screamed “beautiful.” Shanaya, daughter of actor Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor, made heads turn in a black crop top with a brown pencil skirt. The caption was filled with emojis that matched with brown photo aesthetics. It included an animal, chocolate, donut, cookie and brown heart. As Shanaya oozed out charm through the pictures, her besties could not resist commenting. Actor Amitabh Bachchan's granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda dropped a fire emoji while Suhana Khan commented: "OMG, stop". Anjini Dhawan, who is actor Varun Dhawan's niece, joined the fire emoji bandwagon. Not just Shanaya's friends but her mother too was quite impressed by the shoot. Maheep Kapoor put up three red hearts and a chocolate bar emojis.
The 21-year-old beauty is doing all it takes to be a perfect debutant. Shanaya previously uploaded a video on Instagram showcasing her Kathak skills. She looks stunning in an all-yellow Anarkali suit and hair tied up in a bun. In the video, Shanaya and her mentor are seen performing on the song Thare Rahiyo O Banke Yaar from the film Pakeezah. “Practice session with the most patient and amazing teacher, Charvi Bhardwaj,” she wrote in the caption. She also added the hashtag, “Happy when I dance”. And we can't agree more. While Navya just had to say “Ooo” to the performance, mom Maheep Kapoor seemed much interested in the person walking the backdrop. She wrote, “Is that Shaik walking casually in the background?”
A week ago, Shanaya treated her Insta fam to a goofy photo dump series featuring friends. Shanaya was clicked having a fun time with Navya and actress Ananya Panday. The trio wore black crop tops to create a theme of their own. We can spot the besties grinning in some of the blurry frames. Shanaya described the snaps as, “My kinda crazy.”
Shanaya Kapoor stole the Internet's attention after making her debut at the Le Bal in Paris 2019. She is set to make her grand debut through a Karan Johar produced film soon.
