Kaun Banega Crorepati 9, Episode 27: Amitabh Bachchan Was Touched With This Contestant's Initiatives

New Delhi: Anamika Majumdar became the first crorepati of Kaun Banega Crorepati season 9 but let's see what Amitabh Bachchan and contestants had in store for us today. Amitabh Bachchan started the 27th episode with a saying, "It's easy to say than to do." He also added that people should applaud and appreciate the contestants' hard work. Rajudas Rathod from Maharashtra got a chance to be at the hot seat by answering the fastest finger first question. Rajudas' wife, who accompanied him to the show, got really emotional and started crying with happiness. Mr Rathod also shared that his selection in Kaun Banega Crorepati was his wife's dream. Rajudas Rathod's jodidar for the show was Shivaji.

Rajudas Rathod cleared the pehla pdaav smoothly by answering all the questions right and won Rs 10,000. He also cleared the sixth question by guessing a song from Amitabh's film Muqaddar Ka Sikandar and won Rs 20,000.

Rajudas shared that he belonged to a Banjaara tribe. He also shared the whereabouts of his family and how he helps and educates the children of his village. He also told that he always wanted to be a teacher and being one is his dream come true. He also revealed that he dreams of buying a car for his wife and daughter. Amitabh also delighted him with a heartfelt video message from his daughter.

In the game, Rajudas chose his first lifeline - audience pole on the ninth question which was - Which diseases are caused by bacteria and not viruses. Going by the audience poll, he answered the question right and won Rs 1,60,000.

Rajudas confidently and happily answered the 10th question about Sachin Tendulkar and won Rs 3,20,000. He told that he is Sachin's one of the biggest fans.

We could also get to know Rajudas and his wife Ashwini's cute romantic love story. Rajudas confessed that he's madly in love with his wife. Amitabh Bachchan was deeply touched by their love story.

Rajudas, who played smoothly till the 12th question, chose all his lifelines on a question of Rs 25,000,000. Fortunately, by guessing the answer right, Rajudas Rathod won Rs 25,00,000.

Rajudas was unable to answer the 14thquestion and therefore had to quit the show. He took home Rs 25,00,000.

Another contestant was selected after Rajudas Rathod and will play in the next episode.
