John Travolta accuser hires new lawyer

Highlights

Mr Doe's lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice which means that he is still legally entitled to file another lawsuit against John Travolta if he chooses. We are in the process of conferring with him regarding the next steps, which he may wish to take. Our client and our firm has no further comment at this time."
  • The man, who claimed John Travolta had behaved inappropriately during a massage in Los Angeles - was dropped by his lawyer, Okorie Okorocha, after the actor's attorney Marty Singer provided evidence that suggested the Pulp Fiction star was in New York at the time of the alleged incident. The masseur later claimed to have gotten his dates confused.
  • A second lawsuit filed by a man - named as John Doe #2 - against the star is still active.

  • The actor's lawyer insisted he has not been contacted by any attorneys about the allegation and admitted he and his client are prepared for "false claims" following the previous reports.
  • Mr Singer - who has vehemently denied all of the accusations - said: "As a result of the published lies about my client we expect some 'John Does' to come out of the woodwork and assert false claims."
