Jenny McCarthy sought therapy after split with Carrey

The couple ended their five-year romance in April thisyear after realising the relationship had run its course.

But McCarthy needed expert help after finding herselfsingle once again - in order to "grieve" the split, reportedDaily Express.

"I went to my therapist. And she had said, 'You know,no matter what, any relationship or marriage that I've had inthe past, too, you grieve the loss of the relationship.'

"There's somewhat of a feeling of failure that youhave to mourn of going, 'God, you know, the dreams that youhad in your head are, that's all they were, just dreams. It'sending.' And you have to go inside and then make a newroutine," said McCarthy.

"I do remember once I moved back in my house, I lookedaround and went I don't know how to move," she added.

And the therapy has helped the 37-year-old actressmove on - McCarthy admitted she is now dating again.

"I am currently seeing someone. I'm calling it verylight dating. Nothing too serious," she said.
