  • She said: "My future plans are as chaotic as ever. We are now juggling school dates from Shane's children in Australia alongside Damian's here in the UK, while working all over the globe and trying to have fun too. It's a good challenge to have."

  • She told aMUSE magazine: "I adore my son and we are very close. I am more like an Italian mother than an English one and think he's the bee's knees. I'm pretty strict and he's very well-behaved.
  • "He has been very well socialised from a young age and I can take him anywhere."
  • And the youngster was particularly happy to join his 46-year-old mother on the set of Gossip Girl recently.
  • She added: "My son Damian spent a month or so with me in New York over the summer while I was filming Gossip Girl and he loved it. He made his own short movie and ran through my lines with me every night. He thought it was the most exciting thing that ever happened. He got to be in my trailer and hand out on a film set, which is what he has longed for his entire life."
