She's so nurturing. I was having a lot of trouble with my voice this morning and she totally understood. She totally respected the fact that I was unwell and said 'Just do whatever you feel is necessary'."
  • Carly Rose Sonenclar, 13, was also having voice issues this week and agreed that Britney made sure each of her contestants were looked after.
  • She added at the bash held at The Bazaar at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills: "She's very personable and fun and hands on. She's very open to questions and suggestions. I've been worried about my voice this week and I feel like I can go to Britney with any issues I have."
  • Arin Ray, 17, has returned to the X Factor as a solo artist after auditioning as part of a group last year and is thrilled to have Britney as his mentor.
  • He said: "To come back this year and have Britney as my mentor is just amazing. The way we bonded was incredible, I hope to some day be as successful as her. She shows you how to still be relevant in the industry from a young age.
  • "She's there for me. She's so protective of us and just wants the best for all of her contestants." The X Factor: USA airs on ITV2 Thursday (08.11.12) from 8 - 10pm.
