The Bihar School Examination Board has increased the 'Deshratna Dr. Rajendra Prasad Medha Scholarship' for students securing positions in the Top 10 merit list this year.
As per the revised scheme, students who rank among the top 10 in the Class 10 board exams 2026 will receive a scholarship of Rs. 2,000 per month.
The scholarship will be provided for two years during Classes 11 and 12, provided the student is enrolled in a government-recognised institution. Students pursuing a technical diploma course will continue to receive Rs. 2,000 per month until the completion of their course.
