Bank of Baroda LBO Recruitment 2026: Bank of Baroda has started the online application process for recruitment of 2482 Local Bank Officer posts. Candidates can submit their applications through official website from August 18 to September 7, 2026. The recruitment is being held for regular appointments in Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMG/S-I). Candidates should complete the registration and fee payment before the deadline. Applicants can apply for only one state. The merit list will be prepared separately for each state and category.

Bank of Baroda LBO Recruitment 2026: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Applicants should be between 21 and 30 years of age as on August 1, 2026. They must also have at least one year of post-qualification experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank. Experience in the clerical cadre will not be considered.

Candidates must be able to read, write, speak and understand the local language of the state for which they apply.

Bank of Baroda LBO Selection Process

The selection process will include an online examination, followed by a Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview. It depends on the bank's requirements.

The online test will have 120 questions carrying 120 marks and will be conducted for two hours. There will be a penalty of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. The English Language section will be qualifying in nature and its marks will not be included in the final merit list.
