A 28-year-old woman was found strangled to death with a shawl in central Delhi, police said Wednesday.
Shivani was found dead with froth coming out of her mouth in her house in Ranjeet Nagar. According to the police, she had a fight with Govind, whom she married five years ago.
Govind has been detained for questioning, an official said.
