Ukraine's ambassador to India has written to Home Minister Rajnath Singh and the Delhi Police commissioner to report a theft. Ambassador Igor Polikha's mobile phone was stolen when he was taking a selfie near the Red Fort on Wednesday.

The phone has been recovered and the person who snatched it has been identified. Police have also arrested one person in the case.
Mr Polikha has said that he was taking photos using his mobile near the Red Fort, which stands in one of the capital's most bustling areas, when a person simply snatched the device and ran away.
The envoy has told the police that he was alone when the theft took place around 9:15 am. His driver was waiting by his car.
Some 100 people have been questioned over the past two days. The Delhi Police says it has formed teams to investigate and will track down the thief soon. The police claim they already have clues.
Mr Polikha was appointed envoy to India last year.
