Nagpur:
Two teenagers allegedly committed suicide by hurling themselves before a train on Nagpur-Itarsi section in the wee hours of Monday, police said.
Sources said the family members of the deceased persons are still uncertain about the reason behind the drastic step.
The deceased has been identified as Jeetendra Thakur, alias Munna (18), and his girlfriend Pooja Swami (14).
The couple had left their bike parked near the tracks.
Police said the documents of the vehicle helped them trace the families of both the deceased.
Jeetendra was a student of commerce stream in Standard XI while Pooja had dropped out of school last year but had recently enrolled in the ninth standard at a local school.
Further investigations are on, police said.
