Lucknow: Former Uttar Pradesh minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya has reportedly not been named in a chargesheet that the CBI filed today in the murder case of Kunda Deputy Superintendent of Police Zia-ul-Haque, sources have told NDTV.

Here are the 10 latest developments in this story:

  2. Sources say Raja Bhaiya's name could be added in the chargesheet if the CBI finds evidence to prove his involvement in the case.

  3. The court will hear the CBI's application on June 11. It has issued a notice to Raja Bhaiya asking him to present on the date of the hearing.

  4. Last month, the former minister was grilled by the CBI for more than 20 hours, but was allowed to return as the agency reportedly did not find any credible evidence to seek his custody.
