In battle for for Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is addressing a rally in the Buxar district of Bihar.

- How is it possible that Kashi develops and Buxar doesn't
- Why can't Buxar be made a tourist destination. People who come to Benaras, why shouldn't they want to visit Buxar as well.
- So many governments have come and gone, but they only remember Buxar when elections come
- Season has changed, but this time summer is refusing to go.
- On one side "aasmaani taap" (hot and humid) and on the other hand "chunaavi taap" (election fever)
- Someone says rally, someone says Raila, I feel it is "parivartan ka mela"
- Lalu Ji and Nitish Babu, they ruled Bihar for 25 years. Children born in these 25 years are ready to bear their parent's burden also
- Shouldn't Bade bhai and Chhote bhai (Lalu Prasad and Nitish Kumar) give an account of their work.
- Instead, every evening both have a meeting. They just talk about Modi
- They are not concerned with development, their only agenda is to bring Modi down
- I want to ask the Congress even though no one is asking about them in Bihar.
- Is Congress really fighting this election, there is no news of them in TV and newspaper.
- Madam Sonia Ji, Congress ruled Bihar for 35 years, why can't you give an account of the work done.
- Country will move forward when the western and eastern regions of the country develop.
- Punjab has five rivers, but look how far the farmers have gone; Bihar has rivers all across, wherever you look.
- So much money comes in MNREGA. If the canals had been cleaned with that money, the farmers here would have turned their fields into gold.
- We have given a package of Rs 1.25 lakh crore. Another Rs 40,000 crore that was not released, was given by us.
- Won't this change the future and lives of people in Bihar
- Nitish Ji says he will give computers to the youth, but when there is no electricity, what will they do with computers
- But people in Bihar know that in Nitish computer, there is a Lalu virus Jungle Raj, Kidnapping, Abduction of women
- The first phase has wiped out the Mahaswaarth Gathbandhan. People have lost faith in democracy and have moved to mantra and tantra
- Does Bihar need "loktantra" or "Mantar Tantra"? Will they tie amulets and run governments in 21st century?
