TVS Raider Crosses 1.6 Million Unit Sales In Four Years, Check Details

TVS Motor India has achieved a new milestone with the Raider crossing 1.6 million units sold nationwide. Launched in September 2021, the Raider 125 marks the brand's entry into the 125cc segment, and its impressive sales figures reflect its strong popularity across India.

According to reports, TVS has sold a total of 1,604,355 units of the TVS Raider from its launch till August 2025. This sales figure includes 1.35 million unit sales in the domestic market and over 245,000 units in exports. Also, the TVS Raider 125 sales comprise 39 percent of TVS Motor's cumulative motorcycle sales of 3.52 million units.

Talking about the motorcycle's sales in India, the TVS Raider recorded sales of 76,742 units in FY22. This number kept on increasing from 2,39,288 units in FY23 and 4,78,443 units in FY24. However, the TVS Raider 125 suffered a 16 percent sales decline in FY25, with sales of 3,99,8219 units. However, it regained some traction and recorded sales of 1,63,855 units till July 2025.

The export figures of the TVS Raier have an impressive stance as the Indian motorcycle maker exported a total of 22,208 units in FY22 and 60,982 units in FY23. However, it suffered a 10 percent decline in YoY exports with 54,577 units. Later, in FY25, it regained traction with the export of 71,341 units.

Talking about the details, the TVS Raider 125 is powered by a 124.8 cc, 3-valve, single-cylinder engine that delivers a torque of 11 hp of power at 7,500 rpm and 11.75 Nm at 6,000 rpm. The prices of the Raider 125 start from Rs 87,625 (ex-showroom).
