Tata Motors has planned multiple new product launches in 2026. Among them, one of the products in most discussions is the Sierra. The SUV has been displayed by the Indian automaker on multiple occasions, giving consumers a preview of its exterior design. However, the interior details of the cabin were not yet known. Changing that, the latest spy shots of the vehicle give us a clear glimpse of the cabin of the SUV, confirming multiple speculations. Here we take a look at these details.

The first thing that catches attention is the presence of a three-screen layout on the dashboard. This setup uses three-connected screens as a digital instrument cluster, a central touchscreen infotainment system, and a third display for the front passenger. This is a first for a vehicle with Tata Motors' badge. It is worth mentioning that a similar setup is offered with the Mahindra XEV 9e on sale in the country.

In addition to the three-screen layout, the feature list includes touch-based HVAC controls complemented by physical up/down controls for temperature adjustment, a flat-bottom steering wheel featuring an illuminated Tata logo (which is currently hidden under camouflage), and a well-designed gear lever area that combines soft-touch materials with metallic inserts, enhancing its premium look and feel.

Meanwhile, the exterior of the Tata Sierra test mule was covered in camouflage, giving a sneak peek at the lighting and the boxy silhouette of the vehicle. To begin with, the SUV gets LED DRLs, split headlamps, and connected taillights. Furthermore, it retains the boxy appeal of the Sierra, which was discontinued by the brand.

The powertrain details of the Tata Sierra are not known yet. Speculations suggest that the SUV will come equipped with both petrol and diesel engine options. It is expected to get the brand's 1.5-litre turbo petrol motor with the option of a 2.0-litre Kryotec diesel engine borrowed from the Harrier and Safari. Transmission options might include manual and automatic.
