Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL), the two-wheeler subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan announced its sales performance for February 2026. Registering a year-on-year growth of 37% in February 2026, SMIPL reported total sales of 1,23,299 units during the month compared to 89,966 units sold in February 2025. Domestic sales stood at 1,01,071 units in February 2026, up 38% from 73,215 units recorded in the same month last year. Exports contributed 22,228 units during the month, marking a 33% growth compared to 16,751 units exported in February 2025.
Commenting on the performance, Mr. Deepak Mutreja, Vice President - Sales & Marketing, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., said, "Our performance in February 2026 reflects the continued trust and unwavering support of our customers and dealer partners and we are sincerely thankful to them. Through continuous engagement with riders and communities, we create more opportunities for customers to experience Suzuki two-wheelers in real-world conditions. We will continue to prioritize customer engagement and deliver products & services that add meaningful value in their everyday mobility."

Additionally, SMIPL's spare parts sales recorded revenue of Rs 893.6 Million in February 2026 registering an 18% growth over last year.
Previously in January, Suzuki Motorcycle India reported that it has achieved a significant manufacturing milestone by producing its 10 millionth two-wheeler at its Gurugram facility. This accomplishment coincides with the company's 20-year presence in the country and signifies a notable increase in production in recent times.

The first 5 million units took the manufacturer 14 years to produce, a milestone achieved in 2020. The subsequent 5 million units were completed in just six years, driven by sustained demand and a wider variety of models. The commemorative unit was a Suzuki Access Ride Connect Edition, which is currently the brand's best-selling scooter.
The manufacturer boasts over 1,200 sales and service locations and exports its Indian-manufactured models to more than 60 countries. To meet future demand, it is establishing a second plant in Kharkhoda, Haryana, which will boost overall manufacturing capacity once it is up and running.
