Hyundai Motor is working to prepare the next-generation Venue for launch. Until now, the South Korean automaker has been testing the SUV in its home country. That changes now as the vehicle has been spotted testing on Indian soil. The latest sighting has heated the speculations of its launch, which is expected to be in the latter half of 2025. This iteration of the SUV is expected to bring significant revisions in terms of design and features.
Starting with the appearance, the next-generation Hyundai Venue will have a similar silhouette to the outgoing model. It will have a boxy profile with sharp body lines, as seen in the previous spy shots. Along with this, the front fascia has been redesigned, giving it a refreshed look with revised DRLs, headlamps, and grill.

Looking at the SUV from the side, it is clear that it will now come with a rather chunky cladding on the wheel arches. Along with this, there will also be newly designed dual-tone alloy wheels and a DCT badge on the fenders. In this iteration, the SUV has also been equipped with rear disc brakes, which were missing on the outgoing version.

The interiors of the next-generation Hyundai Venue have not been revealed yet. But, it is expected to get significant revisions with a new design for the dashboard with new upholstery. Apart from that, it is also expected to get a new instrument cluster, infotainment system, and a longer list of features with elements like ventilated seats, panoramic sunroof, and more.
In terms of powertrain, the new Venue will likely carry forward the engine and transmission options available on the outgoing version. These include a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, a 1.0-litre turbo petrol, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. Transmission options include 5-speed MT, 6-speed MT, and 7-speed DCT.
Once launched, the new Hyundai Venue will compete against models like Skoda Kylaq, Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Tata Nexon, and others in the same segment.
