Mini JCW Countryman All4 Launched In India At Rs 64.90 Lakh; Fastest Mini Ever

Mini has launched the John Cooper Works Countryman All4 in the Indian market at a starting price of Rs 64.90 Lakh (ex-showroom). It carries the title of being the "mightiest and fastest Mini ever". To carry the weight of the title, the SUV extracts power from a turbo petrol engine, which is supported by a sporty exterior and interior. Before we dive into the details, it is worth mentioning that the model is already available for bookings and will be sold as a CBU.

Starting with the heart of the vehicle, the Mini JCW Countryman All4 comes with a 2.0 litre 4-cylinder turbo petrol engine belting out 300 hp and maximum torque of 400 Nm in er win ower Turbo petrol en8tne produces a peak output. The power is transferred to the All4 setup via a 7-speed dual-clutch steptronic sport transmission. Using the setup, the car can achieve 0-100 kmph in 5.4 seconds. The top speed of the vehicle is limited to 250 kmph.

Supporting the performance via appearance, the Mini JCW Countryman has a sporty design consisting of model-specific details. It gets aerodynamic elements with vertical reflectors on the
front, while there are also new LED headlights with horizontal bars. All of this is brought together by the Octagonal grille, complemented by the new three-colour JCW logo. Exterior color options include Legend Grey or Midnight Black with stripes in Chilli Red. The other option is British Racing Green with Black stripes. Additionally, it comes with standard 19-inch JCW Runway Spoke Wheels.

On the inside, the new Mini JCW Countryman comes with a minimalistic design with the cockpit divided into an upper and lower section, with vertical door handles and air vents in the upper area. It also gets electronically adjustable JCW Sports Seats, combination JCW Black upholstery, and JCW Dashboard Trim. It also has brand-specific steering wheel paddles in aluminum.

The list of features includes an OLED display operating using Mini OS9, HUD, fish-eye camera, Harman Kardon HiFi sound system, and more. For safety, the car has features like front passenger and side curtain airbags, dynamic stability control, crash sensor, cornering brake control, and more.
