Ducati Unveils Collezione 100' With 10 Exclusive Anniversary Motorcycles

Ducati has unveiled the 'Collezione 100', a curated line-up of ten limited-edition motorcycles created to celebrate the company's 100th anniversary. The announcement was made at the Italian MotoGP round in Mugello, where the bikes were showcased on the main straight alongside specially liveried Ducati Lenovo Team race machines.

Each motorcycle in the Collezione 100 series is limited to just 100 units globally. The models draw inspiration from iconic Ducati machines and defining moments in the brand's history. In addition to unique liveries, all bikes feature model-specific upgrades, Centenary Bronze accents, numbered plaques, and dedicated apparel collections.

Ducati Panigale V4 S 100

The Panigale V4 S 100 pays tribute to the 750 Imola Desmo, which secured victory at the 1972 Imola 200 with riders Paul Smart and Bruno Spaggiari. This win remains one of Ducati's most significant racing achievements. The modern interpretation features carbon fibre bodywork, an Akrapovic titanium exhaust, a dry clutch, an Alcantara seat, and bronze detailing.

Ducati Panigale V2 S 100

Inspired by Franco Uncini's 1975 championship-winning 750 Super Sport Desmo, the Panigale V2 S 100 reflects Ducati's early push into production-based racing. It is notably the first motorcycle in the new V2 range to feature a dry clutch. Additional upgrades include billet handlebars, a steering damper, an open clutch cover, and a mirror-delete kit.

Ducati Streetfighter V4 S 100

The Streetfighter V4 S 100 draws styling cues from the 1979 900 Sport Desmo Darmah. Ducati considers the original Darmah an early precursor to the modern naked performance segment. This version incorporates carbon fibre components, a dry clutch, and distinctive tiger-head graphics inspired by the historic model.

Ducati Monster 100

The Monster 100 echoes the 2008 Monster S4Rs Tricolore, marking the end of the original Monster generation produced between 1993 and 2008. The anniversary edition features a dry clutch, single-seat configuration, Alcantara trim, and bronze-finished detailing.

Ducati XDiavel V4 100

The XDiavel V4 100 references the "California Hot Rod" 750 Super Sport ridden by Cook Neilson to victory at Daytona in 1977. That race marked Ducati's first major success in the US market. The modern version includes a machined handlebar centrepiece, leather seat, dry clutch, and unique bronze accents.

Ducati Diavel V4 RS 100

Based on the Diavel V4 RS, this model draws inspiration from the 900 Replica introduced after Ducati's 1978 Isle of Man TT success. The original helped define Ducati's race-replica lineage. The anniversary version retains the Desmosedici Stradale engine and adopts heritage-inspired styling elements.

Ducati Multistrada V4 RS 100

The Multistrada V4 RS 100 pays homage to the 1979 Pantah, notable for introducing Ducati's trellis frame and belt-driven cam system. The tribute reflects the engineering shift that influenced many future Ducati models.

Ducati Scrambler 100

The Scrambler 100 is inspired by the 1962 250 Scrambler built for the US market. It celebrates Ducati's early presence in off-road and lifestyle-oriented motorcycles.

Ducati Hypermotard V2 SP 100

This model references the endurance-racing Ducati 860 used in events such as the 24 Horas de Montjuic. The Hypermotard V2 SP 100 continues that racing lineage with a focus on agility and performance.

Ducati DesertX 100

The DesertX 100 stands out as one of the more unconventional tributes. It takes inspiration from the Pantah "Ice" machines used for exhibition riding on frozen Alpine circuits in the early 1980s, reflecting Ducati's experimental side.

All ten motorcycles from the Collezione 100 range are scheduled to be displayed at World Ducati Week in July, followed by an appearance at the Goodwood Festival of Speed later in the summer.
